1. Open the Windows Control Panel.
2. Open Add/Remove Programs.
3. Select eGLWorks Setup from the list of programs and click Remove.
4. Select Yes when prompted that you are sure you want to remove the eGLWorks Setup.
5. Close Add/Remove Programs.
6. Close Control Panel.
7. Return to www.eglworks.com, I Already Have, News, Latest Enhancement Download Instructions.
8. Select the Download the eGLWorks Installation Package link.
9. When prompted, click Run to reinstall eGLWorks.
10. Follow the prompts on the Installation Wizard.
